I all I just getting started in BRRRR REI, in my latter part of my working life with not enough to carry me through retirement which is only a decade or two away. Right now I'm doing my research, looking at finance options, Taxes and RE laws in different states, market analysis, value, rehabing etc.

My biggest hurdle is Money, particularly Taxes and Finance. Looking at  hard money but not sure what to do when the note ends snd how/if I can finance a property on their...Anyway thats what I'm up to and why I came to BP.

@Account Closed I am in AU and would love to connect with you about BRRR in the US. I have not had a lot of success in finding information regarding buying/financing properties in the US when I reside in AU.

I see this post is old however, I reside in Australia and looking to invest in rental properties in the US.I am interested in Apartments and would love to hear from you. I am still trying to sort trough Tax implications etc but ready to talk.
