Where my primary residence is, cash flow negative, entry point for anywhere around here is too high, and I like the market out that way. I know there are hurdles with out of state investing, but that’s part of the deal. There’s tons of renters and potential for appreciation in certain areas there. I’m always looking too, just form what I see, and where the investors are buying, good area!

I would love to find a cash flowing asset. I know there are many places in Ohio and we are looking at them all including Toledo. We are out of state investors with CASH to buy a property, we have been coached, still mentored in a program, and now want to make a move for cashflow. We live in Pennsylvania, and we are both licensed realtors here. We need a good investor agent that has connects to off market properties, property manager, contractors. Let's have some fun and make some money! Lets goooooo
