What are out of state investors doing in Cuyahoga County if they don't have a property manager? Where do you find a LOIC? Is property management the only way to make this work?

Closing on an out-of-state investment property in Cleveland next week and I'm looking for my go to Handyman. The place is an occupied duplex and just want that person to call whenever the little issues come up. Let me know if you're interested!

I am looking for someone who can fix two broken windows (window panes busted out) and install new window (smaller attic window currently boarded up). I close on the property next week and insurance wants things done by Nov 1st. If you can help me out, let me know. Looking for the best property management in Cleveland! This is our first property, it’s rented out until next June and we are looking for a property manager that won’t break the break too much 😉.

I look at active listings also. I look at anything that the numbers make sense. I didn’t mean for this to sound like off-market is the ONLY way, it’s one of the many ways I like to use personally.
