My husband and are in contract on a duplex in Lakeland. The inspector found some cracks in the foundation. We would like to have this looked at by a foundation inspector. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone/companies that specialize in foundations? TIA

Looking for guidance on property managers in Lakeland Florida.  We currently have 6 doors in Lakeland Florida and use a property manager who is also our broker.  We are satisfied with him as a broker and PM, but are solely dependent on him which we don't love.  Would appreciated PM recommendations from the community.  TIA.

@Rick Baggenstoss you think the markets are similar? Curious to hear your thoughts on that. Atlanta seems way pricier… I’m also not seeing too much inventory on Redfin or Zillow. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong areas?

Hi! I’m a real estate investor switching from Orlando to Atlanta. I’m looking for good up in coming neighborhoods (C+\B-) that offer the ability to cash flow. Any advice on submarkets in or around Atlanta that people would recommend?
