@Alina Trigub Thank you for the welcome. Our goal is cashflow. We are planning to be actively buying and use professional management as we expect to invest out of state. We are open to other streams of cashflow through partnerships if we find the right fit.

Aloha BP community! We are Gene and Sheri Kaniaupio, huge admirers of the real estate podcast and website. We are originally from Honolulu, HI and currently live in Reno, NV. We have a little bit of experience as investors, one single family rental in Hawaii and our current residence in Reno.
