Hello I have been reading and educating myself as well with the real estate industry. I was working in sales for the last six years and looking For a lifestyle  change, my interest is wholesaling. I would like to get started right away, as far as wholesaling is it legal for me to do this, do I need a brokers license or how can I get started without one?
