I am beginning my venture in wholesaling real estate in South Carolina, but having trouble finding an attorney in the Charleston area that is familiar with the purchase and sale agreement.  I also ran across a couple of responses from attorneys stating, " wholesaling is illegal"?  Does anyone know of an attorney in the area that handles contracts such as this, if so who?
