@Jacob Lopez I will send you a tool to use that we have on our website that is available to the public.  It gives a nice report with comps. Keep in mind the rental market has been changing seasonally these last few years so what is on the market this week seems to be setting the market price especially this time of year going into rental season.  I like to use PadMapper app because it aggregates many different listing sites to show a current snap shot.  They have rented listings too on there.  Will DM you now.

@Sean McCluskey what we have realized over the years is there’s more value in the rapport our technician build with the inspector.  We also realize that it’s important we said the same person for all of the steps in the process.   meaning the same person does the prework or work, goes to the initial inspection, completes any failed work, and goes back for the second inspection.  

We messed around with having low skill or runner type of people sitting there, but then they were not 100% sure to talk their way through scenarios nor did the inspector have any rapport with these people.
