Honest, fair PM in Columbus OH

Hi everyone,

Hope you're all having a nice weekend!

I have 2 properties in Columbus OH and looking to continue to build my portfolio there however after 3 years with Evernest (my current PM), I am just really frustrated by their lack of communication, honesty and frankly, conduct and am looking for a new PM.

I am happy to pay well and don't mind high fees if the PM truly is honest and fair. Anyone have any recommendations?

 Evenest bought a local property management company in Columbus, Ohio a while ago. Normally when something like this happens, the quality of service drops a lot. Happy to give you some other recommendations!
