Is there a map that identifies all zoning for existing apartments in my area?  I want to be efficient in my search.

What is the best Multifamily spreadsheet to use for analysis, out there on the market?

What is a gross rent multiplier?  Why is it important and how do I use it effectively?

Thanks in advance -

Aaron

  1. I want to build a portfolio of apartment complexes. Possibly sell to a REIT someday, where/how do I start building that relationship?
