Love this topic as I am working with a realtor right now that won't budge on an offer if I don't give her at least $1,000!!! As a new investor, I need to hold on to as much money as possible. Why is $500 unreasonable?

Not sure if this will help, but there are a lot of excellent books out there now that address social media marketing. Just google it or browse around amazon. I'm sure there's lots of helpful resources there!!! Good Luck!!

Is it OK to use a company logo as a profile pic? Since this isn't necessarily a social network like FB, some may be a little shy about putting a picture on their profile (at least that's how I felt    )

I would say to try to network as much as possible. Google your REIAs and try to catch some meetings.

Start creating a database of other investors from WE BUY HOUSES signs and want ads. Just pick up the phone and get out there. Alliances are critical in this business.
