@Brian Mathews @Dawn Anastasi

The price was 1,500$. I am going with a friend so we split it 750$ each.

In Febuary 2014 I will be attending a 3 day class to learn how to flip houses using Armando Montelongo's system. Does anyone have any experience with this system?

What's up everyone!? Im excited about finding this awesome community of like minded people.

I am a 20 year old new investor. I recently received my associates degree in criminal justice from a local community college. I thought I wanted to become a police officer, but in early 2013 a friend of mine introduced me to a network marketing company. I had limited success with that but I do not regret it at all. The self development and wealth building books helped me realized that I am really passionate and interested in real estate. I have a job with the department of sanitation and my hours allow me to have most of the day to do what ever it is I please. Most people just enjoy the free time, but I am determined to get out of this mediocre life. I know it takes time to build wealth through real estate and that is why I am starting early. I have been doing a lot of research and plan on tackling new deals in 2014.
