I am buying a 5-plex in Roseville. Purchase price of 775K and monthly rents @ $6300. Landlord pay for Wanter and Sewer, rest of the expense are on tenants. Property is built in 1950's with five independent homes with each with its own side yards. Will appreciate your feedback.

Thanks Brett, after my research it turns out new LLC with sole member turns out to be best option.

How has been your experience with US Bank? They are trying to undercut everyone in my current deal, but they are not giving me a rate lock. Not sure if they will turn around and raise the rates at time of closing. If you have any experience with them please share.

Need advise

Hi Fellows,

I am first time investor and buying my first 5-unit property. I need you advise on if i should buy using my existing S-corp or open a separate llc for the property.

I have an existing S-corp that i use to run my other business, is it wise to use same S-corp on title to buy this investment property or open a new LLC or buy on your own name. Curious to know your recommendation or experiences?

Best, Gary
