Absolutely awesome podcast episode! As a completely new wholesaler it really peeled my eyes open to other possibilities with deals that don't meet the wholesale criteria I usually look for. Keep it up guys your podcast rocks!

I'm back at this again after bum luck last year. My other business took off and required most of my time. Since I've expanded now and brought on a team to help me with it I have time now to concentrate on what I really want to do. I'll be sending out my first list shortly. I work a full time job and own a business so in will be going at this part time for now. I'm always looking to meet and network with other wholesalers in the Memphis area.

I also am fairly new to the wholesaling life. Postlets seems to be recommended by other wholesalers. I have yet to get a contract and help my first seller find a buyer. Good luck in your future deals!

Ok so I'm going to go to a MIG event on the 13th... I have no idea what to expect. I'm still very new to to wholesale side of things and have yet to do my first deal. Anyone on here gone to one of these meetings? How did it go?

I would like to know this as well. Where and how do I go about getting licensed in TN?

Christopher, I'd say go for just for the experience alone. I'm still digging for my first deal and trying to work around a FT job,running my own home business, and keep my family happy. Lol. Even if you did leavd and go home you'd be that much closer toward setting yourself free! Best of luck!

I am also in the Horn Lake, MS (Greater Memphis) area. I have yet to attend any of the MIG meetings as of yet but I definitely have it on my list to do soon. Hopefully we can meet and until then I wish you the best of luck!
