Hey guys, I recently joined Keller Williams as an agent in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  I have a buyer that is looking to buy in Fort Myers, Florida.  I am currently searching for an agent for a referral!  

I just got my real estate license.  I am very excited to take action and become an agent.  Does anyone have ideas of how I should be going about my search for the right brokerage for me?  I have been looking for successful agents on Zillow and reaching out to them, contacting brokerages, etc.  However, I am not sure how to tell which one would be the best fit for me.  Thank you!

I was inspired by an old family friend, and I have had a little bit of communication with him over social media about my interest in real estate investing.  I am a freshman in college, and I would like to know the types of questions I should be asking him if I see him as a potential mentor and connection for me
