@Jay Hinrichs Yea I am looking to pull the trigger on a deal soon. I have about 30K to invest and want to make sure I generate a long term income.

Hey @Adrienne Medina

There are some stated income loans out there that will allow you to qualify for a mortgage.

I would recommend speaking with a mortgage broker who has access to many types of programs. There are programs out there that will allow you to purchase property!

Hey Everyone!

My name is Garret Anthony.

I am 24 years old and wanted to purchase a long term property. I was looking to purchase raw land with the intention of developing the land in the next 5 - 10 years.

Since I am extremely green to real estate investing I figured this was the best place to start. Me and my group are looking to come Into the land acquisition with 30k and hold to possibly refinance a down payment for a construction loan in the future.

I am open to any and all advice.

Thank you all.
