Hello all. just came across this scenario and wanted to get some advise. Property was purchased in 2007 for $62k and is being sold now for $47. Owner's son was responsible for all the properties but passed away now parents want everything sold. Property is currently rented for $950 and i found out that the current tenants want to purchase the house. If the tenants don't qualify do i

1) purchase myself, help them qualify and within a years time sell back to them

2) do I rent to own with them

3) just keep them as tenants until them leave

I don't plan on buying all cash as i cant'

thank you

Hello all

I see a few properties that are bank Owned but instead of the listing price its says "Transfer Value" is the amount the bank will take for the property?

can i dare offer that to the bank?

Anyone from experience have ever had a bank accept that the transfer value or a number super close to it

thank you

hello all

my name is gardi and i'm new to Biggerpockets and had a question about Solo401k.

1) can you fund it on a monthly basis. so once i set it up can it be funded monthly similar to a regular 401k or no?

2) is it rue that you can rollover any other IRA into a solo aside from a Roth IRA

3) does a Solo 401k come with a sub roth build in

thank you
