Say I'm looking for a job that pays halfway decent money, doesn't require too much convincing people and sales talent, doesn't require having your own car, and not too much education - the low hanging fruits of real estate. Any ideas?

Which apartment or house is good for buying, fixing, and selling?

I know a two bedroom apartment in a neighborhood that has mostly three bedrooms apartments is good, and that location is very important. What else? Any other tips? Anything else that's important?

I want to rent out my apartment and move to a trailer home in another town where housing is cheap. Is it a good idea to get a real estate agent, or should I find a place on my own?

I want to rent out my apartment. What renovation should I make that will raise the rent but not cost too much? What fixing is worthwhile?

A ground level apartment in a building, rather old. No basement.

I'm 54 and never learned to drive, and can't afford a car.

Can a person who can't drive be an independent real estate agent? I mean meeting the client in the house while the agent arrives in public transportation, which is really good around here, buses getting everywhere every few minutes.

Can you make money from buying a cheap house, fixing it up nicely and selling it?

Because fixing it up costs money, and selling/buying a house you lose money paying the lawyer and property tax, etc.
