Thanks for the reply....Is 1000 leads what I need in order to get the results on average 1 to 3 open rate....Or can I do less leads say 500

Is actually a property I'm trying to put on the contract a lot of other investors have went looked at it have not jumped on it so I'm just a little concerned that's why I'm asking. Going to look at it on Wednesday what other information are you needing?

Looking for advice. Now I plan on purchasing a list of a hundred leads of absentee owners and sending a hundred direct mail letters to them. I'm going to Staples to get yellow paper printed with red font does the font color matter for marketing purposes or is black & white ok? I'm doing the mailing cycle myself every 3 weeks. Looking for feedback
