@ Ryan Cameron Yes, I'm interested in investing but I'm waiting to refinance my triplex next year. Not a big fan of borrowing, plus haven't been taught the ropes yet. But once I get some cash I'll be focused 100 %

You sure you need to build? There are so many vacant facilities in Philadelphia, it's ridiculous. I guess it depends on where it is you want to be located. But fyi North Philly has a lot of vacant buildings.

Goodnessssss, motivation, motivation, motivation. Glad to hear the success and thanks for sharing. I took a break, but you just motivated me to pickup right where I fell off. Thank and God Bless.
Wow, thanks for the post. I'm pretty careful, now I'll be even more careful. Jesus take the wheel smh
Josh Caldwell And how do we go about checking if the property has a lien on it? I understand at the sale they may state this information, but what if you'd like to know before going to a sheriff sale. GM

Hi Stephanie Thanks for replying, I'm currently a Police Officer in Philadelphia. I make pretty good money overall, but haven't saved much since I'm supporting my family. But, I did start. I'm originally from Long Island, NY and can relate to you with the high taxes. I purchased my 1st property (a triplex) two years ago come August. As a first time home buyer I just took advantage of the FHA program, but did not use the strategies all you pros are implementing into your deals. Wish I did. I'm fascinated with the real estate game since a child growing up in Long Island and seeing how much money people made. I migrated to the US at the age of 7 and noticed how important owning property really is. I currently patrol an area near Drexel University in Philadelphia and run into properties that can be profitable, but I don't have the resources yet and that is why I asked where you recommend I start. Also, the reason I joined BiggerPockets : ) Sorry, I emailed you through your personal email. I wanted to inbox you through BiggerPockets, having some difficulties. GM Sent from my iPhone

Thanks for sharing, I'm jealous and happy for you at the same time. Jealous because I wish I was already in your shoes and happy because your are winning. What would you recommend for a beginner like myself?
