if you have had a good or bad experience with an Attorney specialized in Commercial leases in San Jose CA area, please share . It will be very helpful to see what's out there before we go out and search for one to assist us in an upcoming project.

Howdy Jeremy / Kyle... Market down here is very active, though slowing down in the  last 10-12 months...not much inventory &  lots of cash buyers over biding for properties makes opportunities for good deals scarce... :( 

however we need to keep looking :)
