Great listing! From a Styling/Co-host perspective, the windows in the bedrooms definitely need curtains, as mentioned above, preferably blackouts. I do agree it could stand to have a few pops of color. Pillows (I prefer pillows with removable covers) and throw blankets are easy fixes for this.
The nightstands are adorably set, however, guests like to have space to actually put their personal items. So I wouldn't over-decorate them. Lamp and possibly one piece of decor on each--that's it. If you can, I'd slide the bed over to squeeze another nightstand in the room with only one.
Another glaring issue for me is that there is not enough seating. If your capacity is 6, then you need to have seating in both your eating and living spaces for 6. Your rugs are a tad small for their spaces but are not a make-or-break detail.
I also feel the exterior space is well-appointed. Make sure you are supplying a good number of pool towels so guests, don't use your bath towels outdoors.
Aside from those things its a good start for a new listing. As you begin to hear guest feedback they will certainly let you know what is or isn't working.
