Hey BP question: What are good sites/locations/strategies for finding the perfect tenants on a multi? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 🙏 Im about to buy a multi soon and this question is the only one i worry about mostly

Hey BP question: Have you ever purchased a investment multifamily property with a 3 year must owner occupy stipulation demanded from the city?

@Ryan Breen exactly the same boat. It seems like all these deals are passing me by as i work and save...hope you have better luck. @Andrè Anderson so I should shop around different lenders then? I just went to a local family known real estate agency’s recommended bank, is it possible to apply for more then one mortgage for pre approval with more then one bank?

@Tim Puffer im looking for duplex/multi unit owner occupy rent other side... I actually just looked duplex in Springfield, MA I have yet to look at the other side of the unit, but im told its alittle less appealing then the one i did got to see, the tenant had been there for years....in a situation like this if i was to buy it, would you raise the rent of the tenant or force him to move out, rehab the place then raise rent?
