Anybody?

We are a family in TX that owns a private plot of 11acres outright. We are in the county in an area with a lot of retired people around a lake community. There are many RV parks that are doing well here. Lots of full time people retired here. We already have a 50 spot layout as well as work proposals and have actually had some grading done already. I’m looking for some advice for someone to help with a business plan so we can get some funding. My mom currently has the assets but does not want to use them for the park. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone. I’m up in Washington state, about to move to Dallas this summer hopefully with a small chunk of change made from an upcoming real estate deal. I was in hardware engineering for 15 years. Newly Interested in real estate, leaning towards getting some rentals and maybe some flipping. Looking forward to learning a lot and taking control of my financial future. :)
