Good evening!! Does anyone know of any good sources on as far as educating oneself on creative financing? I want to know what I don't know and I know that creative financing can be very powerful. I appreciate the help!!

@William Allen thank you! I am looking to get into wholesaling in Central Florida but will be open to other types of deals if the numbers make sense.

What would be the characteristics of an ideal wholesaler? I imagine that having actual inspections done, conservative yet realistic estimates on repair costs(provided by contractor possibly), among other things. Why would a wholesaler not want to be a great wholesaler instead of tarnishing his/her reputation by being a mediocre wholesaler?
