Chris Soignier I could not see your contact info. Can you send me or my husband Alexander Toledo a message?
Thank you all!

Hello BP,

We are looking for an Investor Friendly Realtor in Arlington, Texas.

Any recommendations?

@Marie G. @Account Closed Thank you very much! This is very helpful :)

@ Marie "If I purchase in my name then transfer to LLC are there any consequences to that?"

-I believe that you are subject to the due on sale clause...some people think that it is not enforced very often, especially is the loan is performing.

@Marie G. Thank you for your post. We have very similar questions. We have been in communications with CPAs and finally found one that we liked it. We live in Frederick :) We asked him what address to use for the LLC and he said that we could use our primary residence or he also offers a resident agent service for $50 annually. Out of state people use this kind of service all the time.

I'm still trying to understand why I should not use my residence address for the LLC address (my office is in my residence) and don't want to be driving every week to get my mail (I'm assuming here that I need to drive to get my mail)... I heard people do not want neighbors to know when they get legal documents..., people don't want competitors to know that personal information/identity..., people want to keep personal and business separate...

I might get the resident agent service for $50 because that's not much...but maybe I'm missing something because I don't see it too bad to use my address for the LLC.

Also, I don't know how much would cost me to change the address of my LLC, if I change my mind later and decide to use my personal address...or decide to use any other type of service. We are just starting out as real estate investors and I don't know how much I will be using this service...

I also don't know what the role of the resident agent is? I need to ask him more about it.

Hello @Junior Silva I'm not very knowledgeable in this topic but another close friend and investor mentioned to me that Epic Capital Solutions can help with establishing the business line of credit with no personal guarantee. I have not look at that, neither I'm associated to them. But, you could check it out and see if that could be an option for you.

@Paul Timmins That's very nice of you! I would be very thankful if you could share it with me as well as we are working on our Business Plan.
