For the last month I have been all over the BP website. Wow good stuff. a treasure trove.

So glad a colleague turned me on to this site.

My name is Fred Sams, I am originally from The Bronx.. I have lived in San Diego now for 30 + years

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 more off than on, and a mortgage underwriter for several years. I now hold a California Brokers license, multi state NMLS in progress. Becoming a Real Estate Investor is my goal, “Cash flow and Passive income” are the desired outcome.

I recognize that 50% of something is whole lot better than a 100 % of nothing !

So I seek expertise in.

At this point I’m ready to jump in, and get my hands dirty.. Taking the tools and putting them to real deals. I seek to work for and with Investors, Real Estate professionals, form and join partnership(s).

I feel empowered and overwhelmed.. with all the resources BP offers, that’s a good thing! Makes me confident when my Ship rolls in I won’t be at the Train Station lol…

Are monthly membership dues based on the start of month as in June 1st to June 30.
