Got an email saying I should introduce myself so here I am following directions...
Live in the Philadelphia suburbs and looking to do some flips, buy & holds, and possibly wholesale deals. Have done 1 deal so far in Florida for a 20% ROI but know I need a lot more knowledge and help to get started up in this area where things are more expensive.
