I would consider looking at the SouthCoast market. A quick 50-mile drive south of Boston in the Greater Fall River area are some great investor deals. Several 3-family units priced under $350k with great rental income and low availability.

I own & manage multiple properties in the Fall River area and have been doing it for over 25 years. I'm also a local realtor who works with investors from throughout the state. Feel free to contact me to discuss further.

@Clinton Grady feel free to contact me with any questions. The Southcoast area of the state is a hot market right now to invest. Just 50 miles south of Boston and scheduled to have direct commuter rail access to the capital city by 2022.

Fall River MA remains a great area to buy multi unit investment property. Current 3br apt rents are now averaging $1100/ month and climbing. Great time to buy/ invest in this southcoast area of MA.

The Greater Fall River MA area on the Southcoast remains a great place to invest in multi-units or even single family homes. The current rental market has made some incredible leaps and bounds just within the past 12 months. The close proximity to Providence & Newport RI along with east access to the Cape and up to the Boston area makes this a great area to invest.

@Tyler Martel - Now is a great time to invest in rental properties especially in the south coast/ Greater Fall River area. Prices are still low and rents are increasing with very low supply of available apartments for rent. I would say now is the time to buy.
