I am looking to invest in Arizona. Does anyone know what is Arizona's property tax?  I am looking into Phonix or Tucson area. Also looking for property managers and real estate brokers for multiunits. Any input from people who invested in the area will be appreciated.   Thank you.

Thank you, Jason Just to clarify when you say attached ADU you mean using the existing dwelling and making it ADU without adding extra footages?

Thank you Dan . I am not sure if you can convert part of the existing dueling to ADU ? I think ADU should be non-attached to existing dueling? Do you have experience or know an architect that familiar with Los Angeles ADU laws?

Hi, I am buying a Duplex and want to know if I can convert part of one of the units to Junior ADU? I know we can build additional ADU on the land but I do not have space but one of the units is very large and I want to convert it to a unit plus Junior ADU.
