HI!!!! BP members I need some reference on FRANKLIN FIRST FINANCIAL< I trying to get pre-approve on a loan, I have a branch close to my house which is very convenience in case something is missing at the last minute. I did some research on the wed and there are some bad  and nasty reviews especially on a refinance and payments steal on a mortgage. I don't know how accurate are this reviews, sometimes people get upset went things don't come out the way they expect ,  If anyone ever did business with them, please let me know. Thank you.

 hello BP members

I have some  questions and I will appreciate any information you may provide,

I'm planning to buy a property in Raleigh NC, doing some research on the web, I find out the town plans to do some modifications on the zoning code.

 1. what do I have to be aware off when I  look for a property?

2.  if I use a real estate agent for the house search will( he or she) will  be well  informed of the new changes?

3. how I can protect myself don't fall into a property  with issues base on a new rezone ordinance.

Thank you.
