@Savitha Quadros

Multis are also what I'm looking to start with next year. It's a great opportunity to live rent free while saving your cash flow to invest in more properties. Then trade up. Good luck!

Hi Everyone,

I'm a Licensed agent but I also have been helping individuals get to a 700+ credit score. I work with a company called Max Score Credit. If you're an agent who has a buyer who isn't credit worthy, we provide the counseling they need. We will nurture them and get them ready to qualify and send them to you ready to go!

We do a lot of 1st time home buyer seminars throughout the area but we are a nationwide company.

If interested in finding how we work please send me a private message. Our program isn't for everybody but we do provide a free consultation and provide free recommendations. We have offices in Maryland but work with anyone in the United States. We are very different than your run of the mill credit "repair" company--we meet with our clients regularly and educate them.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to working with you!

@Kathy Stewart

That's a great strategy. My goal is next fall to purchase my first multi-unit property. I don't like to rush into things so I will definitely be doing a lot of analyzing and research beforehand. Thank you for sharing!

@Jeff Kehl

Thank you for the tip! I'm going to bookmark this so that I can explore areas. I'm starting off with small multis. I know that I'm too late! I'm keeping my ear to the ground for any hot up and coming areas.

@Jamal Okon

Congrats on your 240 unit! I would love to hear more about the acquisition and the process. I have thought about Baltimore but I haven't seen any multis worth exploring yet in regards to cap and the neighborhood. But it is right in my backyard....I should probably start there.

Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking of purchasing multi-units in other markets. Atlanta and Texas to be exact. Any suggestions on ways I should do my due diligence and research? Anybody care to share what their experience has been like in dabbing in other markets. I'm interested in purchasing small multis and living in one.

Thanks in advance!
