Im a seasoned investor with over 4m in real estate. I own 122 doors totaling over 34 double homes and 6 apartment buildings. I have bought 21 double homes and a 4 unit over 1m this year alone. OFF MARKET. I have 6 west Cleveland properties for sale totaling 37 units. All fully rented and very close to each other. Four of the properties are side by side .
