I use Namecheap to buy the URL and then add a year of hosting ( WordPress ). 

My main reason for doing this is the low beginning cost and very doubtful you'll exceed any size restrictions of files and site size.

Usually, less than 30 dollars to start and they have good customer service. (I only use the chat or email options.

With 7 years of SEO and online marketing, the major issue I have is that "consultants" want to charge crazy amounts for extended time periods with no guarantees. There are no guarantees. None. Just follow common sense. 

Also... paid traffic is the best option. Run ads to your site.

Knowing writing a bad check is a crime (bad checks) in most states.

Pretty sure this is the same as not paying rent and I would evict. I would also not renew a lease even if she makes good. Not talking to you makes a shady situation so much worse.

Follow the laws and get her out.

I had to "pipe in" on the podcast subject.

I love it.

I get up at 4:45 am and start my morning walk. I get about a mile in before the world starts to wake up and my companion is the BP podcast.

The guests would take a lifetime to hunt down and talk to for me. I get the ability to understand different approaches in multiple areas from many people. All by just pressing play on my phone.

 My old apartment complex forced everyone to use an online payment system (with the fee paid for by tenant) or drop off Money Order at the office. Fees for the convenience (even tho it wasn't convenient.) 

What are your late fees compared to your new storage fees and insurance to care for their cars or trucks? 
I think the bad Karma out weighs the waving of a document. 

I like the creative thinking, but If they go to get into their car and it's been towed I'd be more worried about future contact. Someone is going to get violent.
