Sid, I'd prefer to stay in the East & North-East Bronx (Throggs Neck, City Island, Country Club areas) Also open to Mott Haven, Port Morris, and Lower Westchester (New Roc, Pelham, etc.) Will consider both SFR & Multi-units ... no commercial. Budget is flexible and will depend on the specific opportunity.
