Hello Bigger Pocket Members. My name is Franklin Curry and I am beginning my real-estate investing journey. I currently work in Information Technology in the Cincinnati area around the University of Cincinnati. I'm interested in the art of creating deals/strategies with a focus in wholesaling, flipping and rentals. My goals are simple, become financially free so I can spend more time with family and friends, put my time and energy in a place where I can give more and make new friends during the journey. I knew real estate was a good way to build wealth. I did a search on my iPhone for real estate pod cast. I came across bigger pockets among others. Bigger Pockets was the only one that survived my trial period of finding the best most informative podcast for real estate. Been hooked since. This was about a year ago. 

Ah, I can't believe I missed this! It would have been great to meet you and other local investors in the area.
