Hello everyone, hope everyone is well! My names Frankie Im 27 years old from NYC. I currently own a SFH in Staten Island, NY, I am a real estate fanatic ever since I could remember. Ive recently come into a large amount of $ due to an injury settlement and im looking to do all great things thru real estate with it. Have a question about your process .. so you got a hard money loan to fund the deal/rehab and then when it was completed you refinanced to a different loan? Having trouble following the process you took just curious cause I’m looking for my first property as well.

Hello everyone ! I currently live in Ny area and was interested in searching for a long distance rental investment. Was wondering what spots some suggest are good cash flow states right now that i can practice running numbers on and if the deal is good jump on the opportunity.
