Hi BP, 

I am licensed agent working with some out of state real-estate investors looking to invest in the Chicago land area. We are looking for multifamily buildings between 3-10 units. Has anyone on here had any success finding deals in this area recently? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

I'm looking to get my first STR in the city of Chicago, does anyone have experience in this market? I am a licensed agent and have access to the MLS. What is the best way for me to get started and set myself up for success? Is it better to buy... or rent a property that the landlord is ok with STRs
