@Bill Ernst The hard money lender told me to buy low sell high — buy a home for 50k put 25k in rehab cost and sell for around 100k-120k as long as the home is in the right area, is this possible to do especially the amount of return?

Hello Everyone my name is frank and I’m from the metro Detroit area, and I’m looking to do my first flip using a hard money lender I have 10k to put toward the deal with the lender. Just looking for advice on what price range should I be in and where do I exactly find a house to flip?
Thank you so much I really appreciate it what’s a good time to call

I bought a house in Michigan from a neighbor of my family’s and he gave me a quick claim deed, and I’m new to the real estate world. Just 2 days ago I found out that the house was owned by the land bank!!! What do I do if I paid cash for the house and have already started cleaning it out and fixing on the property? Please help thanks

Hello Everyone!

A friend of mine asked me to find her a great deal on a home she has already been approved, and I was offered to get paid out of the loan as something like a finders fee? Is this possible if so what kind of contract is needed?

Thank You Guys
