Hi Paul,

Thanks so much. I'm on it! I'm reading the book on Kindle, and am on episode 7 of the podcast. Someone else from Miami joined yesterday that I think will help me find a group. Three huh? Ok, will do. The company I work for also has a property management entity, and I am speaking to one of our managers to learn more.

I already have a plan for what I want to do first, so my know how needs to ramp up to catch up to my idea.

I’m a native and resident of Miami, FL. I am an organizational consultant and leadership coach working for a large healthcare organization.

I will soon start to help run a REI business. I want to be ready! I have a strong background helping organizations as a consultant. However, I want to learn the REI business itself so I can really help run and grow the business.

I also want to own my own property. I love my career ("do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life"), but would also love to have passive income. Own things that make money for you, right? From the bit I have learned so far, my own initial goal is to own five commercial or multifamily properties. 

I am currently at zero properties bought or owned, but want to change that very soon.
