Instead of using Realtor.com what platforms are there that help create a business real estate webpage that provide the non-preforeclosure lists. Todd Dotson does this, but doesn't say what platform he uses, I have never heard of one, wondering who they are. 

I am curious, If I can create a contract to pay an accredited investor to invest my money for me in a syndication of my choice, and can the agreement be that I pay the taxes on the gains, and they receive a payment via a percentage for doing so? Or am I crazy to think of such an idea?

@Mike D'Arrigo Yes, I agree we should be learning contractors' lingo and how to price jobs as they do, that is the learning curve I going to take to increase my knowledge and understanding of investing in real estate.
