I’ve heard a lot of great things about PropStream. Is there any other competitor out there that you use that you think is better, or is PropStream the way to go?

If you could go back, what is the one thing you would change or the one piece of advice you would give yourself when first starting out wholesaling?

Hey everyone. I’m looking to get the Nassau and Suffolk Tax Lien lists from 2019 or 2020. I know Nassau comes out every January, but I’m not sure about Suffolk. Anyone know how or where I can purchase these lists?
