Kenneth, Thank you for the taking the time to list all this info. Did you ever end up using Seller Snipers with Midwest Revenue Group. https://midwestrev.com/seller-snipers-rei-call-cen...

I'm thinking of using them to prospect a pre foreclosure list.

Thank you,

Frank

Hi, this post was last updated 2 years ago. Any luck on cold calling. I just started reaching/calling to probates down here in Houston, TX. Thanks, any feedback will be appreciated.

@MICHAEL YBARRA Really like this follow up process. Do you have any templates you can share on what content you actually put in the mailing pieces?

I am not sure to address the situation or simply state that I can buy your house.

Thanks, any feed back on this thread is appreciated.

Also what will happen to people who are already facing foreclosure? Is there opportunity to still help these people and maybe do some subject to's?

@Joe Gonzalez Feel free to message me as well. I am active investor in Harris County and will be looking for properties myself. If you come across anything you want to wholesale, you can add me to your Investor's list if you'd like.

Hi Chris,

@Chris Seveney Can you please share what are some good sources and names to get these list for probate leads.

I am curious to know what ended up working for you? I am also in the Houston, TX area.

Thanks in advance.

@Chris Bernardo What is your response rate with the leads you receive in RA? I'm about to pull a list from Listsource and send out about 1500 different pieces of mail and will record the results. Just wondering if you have recorded any of this, or anyone else on BP using Real Acquisitions Software.
