I just want to have all my paperwork reviewed to make sure I have everything in order and is on the up and up. I'd like to start off on the right side of the law, oil.

Hi BP!

Been a while since I posted. I have some new marketing going out in the next few days and am really excited to see the response rate and get my first deal! I have all the basic infrastructure in place and am just about ready to go full force forward.

That brings me to the title of this post. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good real estate attorney in Fresno? Also, a good CPA would be welcome as well.

I'm eager to post my fist victory soon! Thank you in advance BP!

That's solid advice Larmon. I didn't plan on mass email people at random because as you said, that personal connection is important. So I think I'll mix a little of the advice you've given me with a little from Chris and apply it to my situation and hopefully I'll be updating you guys soon on my first deal!

Hello, 

I'm wondering if anyone in Fresno, CA knows of a title company that will give me a list of all cash buyers in the area? 

When I obtain this list, what do I say? I assume I cannot just blast a deal their way without them knowing anything about me or how I found them and why. 

I also am a little confused on how to approach the sellers when I find them and what contract to use? 

Sorry for all the questions. I just decided that I'm going to do it and these are my biggest hurdles in my mind to get started.
