you dont want to give this wholsaler your cash buyer, so take his contract and then reassign to your buyer thereby keeping to 2 away from each other.

of course u could double close if it was worth it as well.

so first find out whys he is wanting to sell and what your plan is. are u going to wholesale, flip, keep as rental, lease option or whatever. do u have cash or have it lined up. understand every seller says there house needs 2-2500 in work seen some that was told that and talking to him he said thats what the material would cost. so find out how he arrived at the number and what it consit of. you can call me and i can walk you through the basics. 260-440-0402
