@Drew Wiard I have done seller financing and land contracts I am wrapping up one now but it's important to use a rlmo to keep in compliance unless u fall under an exemption

@Dennis O'Dell in most places what you are proposing is illegal but it still happens. However as a GC would you risk your license and fines to make $500.00 just saying

@Brandon Hicks and Registered Loan and Mortage Originator is important in seller financing deals, to keep one Dood Frank Complaint unless you meet one of the exemptions. I have chosen to play it safe and legal. Cost about $950 payable at closing.
