@Ivan Loza, thanks for starting this thread! Any turnkey companies you'd recommend? I'm planning to buy properties throughout the country to diversify my markets, then BRRRR in the few markets that show the most promise. Or bring the cashflow to my own market if we see a correction.

@Brian Stratton | Did you end up having your meeting with Atlas?  I'm in the Denver area, but don't have much time available, so I'm wondering about a local turnkey.

The next time I get together with my friend, I'm hoping to dig into the tax/legal implications from investing in international properties and whether this makes sense with my current level of experience and financial situation.
