Indianapolis does have great ROI and you can find properties very affordable. We at Elden Investments have a one-stop shop experience. We also have a great property management company in house as well as a great preferred company outside if you don't want to have PM with us. It's all up to you.
Either way the states/cities like Michigan, Indianapolis, and Kansas City all sound good and can offer a lot of return on your investment.

Hello,
We are in the process of getting a CRM at our company. We currently have one, sort of, but we are not a big fan of it. I have been looking at Zoho. I believe it works similar to Salesforce.com without the higher cost. Salesforce bills annually and can get very expensive. We are a company of about 9 full time employees and we only need 4 of them to have a CRM, me included. The cost is very minimal in the whole scheme of things. Plus they bill monthly and you can even try them for free up to 3 users. I do not work for zoho and I have only used it for the last week or so but we can't use it full blown yet because we have a contract with our other CRM. Here is the greatest thing about them and why I think one day we will use them is because they integrate well with Google Apps for Business. We are in the process of moving our email domains to Google so that we use everything with Google. Zoho seems the way to go for us. Let me know your guys thoughts on this. Thanks!

I heard Propertyware is similar to this. I know we use it at work but I don't personally use it. I hear that you can enter a property in it and it can send out to Trulia, Craigslist, and other similar listings. From what I hear in the office it is a really great tool.
