just FYI they are both two family properties, one located in Black Rock and one is in South Buffalo.

What criteria are you thinking of using when selecting your targets?

 Evan, i was thinking of targeting my neighborhood. There are a lot of empty nesters in this area and the homes are relatively large so my guess is there will be a mass migration in the next several years. Do you have other suggestions? Im open to it! :)

I have two rental properties that im ready to let go in Buffalo NY since i relocated to Colorado and having a hard time keeping up with all the ongoings. Id like to ideally sell them as a packaged deal to an investor. Must be motivated and easy to communicate with. thanks!

I currently own 2 two family rental properties in Buffalo. One of them is in South Park the other in Black Rock. I would like to hire a realtor to assess the current market value of the two properties and possibly list them for sale. If you know of a good realtor or you are one please contact me.  If you specialize in investment properties and know buyers currently looking to get into the business, its obviously a huge bonus.
