Hello all,

I am fairly new to real estate investing and am very interesting in learning as much as I can. I've recently moved to Texas so I'm still trying to learn my way around the city. I'm looking for a REI club and way to get connected. If you have any newbie advice or live in the DFW area please message me.

I am new to wholesaling and have a newby question. Should I disclose to the seller that i will be wholesaling the property to a investor? Also, when I market the property do I market it as FSBO?
